We have been a long standing customer of First Impressions, dating back to 1981. I would like to say there is one thing that has never changed, the quality of service. We use their spring start-up and fall winterization services every year. This is year we added the fertilization program. It works great. A whole season of fertilizer delivered to your door, at no charge. Just another great example of them showing the customer is number one. I have children that are allergic to mosquito bites so we have a hard time enjoying our pool. I have read several articles about insect misting systems. A lot of people are skeptical about these systems, but I am here to tell you, these systems work. I had my insect system installed by Mosquito Doctor. The whole process was very simple, and the system is a breeze to operate. My favorite feature is the remote activation, life saver when entertaining. I would recommend this system to anyone with an insect issue. We have a lake home in Cross Lake and are seriously considering adding this system.

We recently purchased a home which had an irrigation system, but it needed some tlc to get things up and running correctly. Jason in the office answered all of our questions and made us feel like this was the only job on their schedule. Anthony arrived on time and was very polite. From start to finish, first class operation. Thad, the owner, came out for our estimate. He was on time and answered all of our questions. The install was performed in a timely manner and the work site kept amazingly clean. Andrew, the foreman, and his crew, were very well-mannered and worked extremely efficiently.
