Thad Jensen – President / Owner Thad has had a strong desire to own his own business since high school. Thad is hard working, competitive, and very goal orientated. After college he had a strong pull towards sales and marketing, and some day owning his own business. That goal came true in 2004 when he purchased First Impressions. He than surrounded himself with a top notch group of people, and together, they have all taken the business to the next level. Since then, First Impressions has established itself as a leader in the green industry and continues to grow strongly. Thad, and his wife Tammie, have a son, Christian, and reside in Elk River. When not hard at work, Thad enjoys time with his family, watching his son play hockey, taking a motorcycle ride, or attending your local dirt track for some racing excitement.
